The UH Law Centers Criminal Justice Institute presents Prof. Samuel Walker of the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Prof. Walker is the leading scholar in this country on civilian review boards for law enforcement. He will speak on police use of force reporting systems, the need for open and accessible citizen complaint procedures, early intervention systems and effective forms of citizen oversight of the police.
